MEET AYANNA

Ayanna is a Firearms Instructor, Transformational Empowerment Coach,  and Creator of the Phoenix Rising Empowerment Method™, a transformational framework designed to help women uncover the root causes of lost confidence, and reconnect with their inner power. Her passion is for  Firearms Training & Personal Safety, and Empowerment Coaching.

With academic foundations in Philosophy & Public Administration, and over 20 years of experience in Law Enforcement, Ayanna’s work is rooted in a deep fascination with the human experience, identity, psychological transformation, and the journey toward authenticity and wholeness. 

Ayanna is also a Certified Pistol Shooting Instructor, Certified Usui Reiki Master Level III Practitioner and Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Master.
